Interactions
Focusing on being in the moment, the time you
have with the people around you is a precious gift that should be savoured and
enjoyed to the utmost. One might want to use one’s breath to keep one in the
present and help one truly take pleasure in the interactions engaged in.
Remembering
to take deep abdominal breaths throughout the conversations, and briefly
looking upon the people as blessings that enrich our lives, we may notice that
time slows down. When this happens, it could seem that each moment experienced
vibrates with healthy, positive, and happy energy.
So
often in our interactions it can be easy for us to become preoccupied by our
own thoughts and opinions; so much so that we don’t truly listen to or engage
completely in what is going on around us. Being completely there, however,
brings a different kind of energy to our interactions, something that is filled
with joy and laughter; something that is special, loving and effervescent. As
you become more in the moment you will find that your conversations will come
alive, ignited by the joy that comes from being completely conscious.
