Consciousness of Abundance

One good way to overcome feelings of lack is to turn your thoughts around and focus on abundance. 

You may wish to engage in a period of powerful visualization in order to get your thoughts flowing in the right direction.
Simply find a private place to be alone and get into a meditative state of mind. As you feel peace and relaxation flowing throughout your body, begin to think about the blessings and wealth you have in your life. Think about the additional wealth and security you wish to attract, affirm that it already exists in some form, and invite it into your life.

By affirming that we already have a life full of abundance, we automatically begin attracting more of it into our lives. Our first reaction when experiencing lack is to focus on what we do not have, which only attracts more of the same experiences into our lives. If we instead choose to consciously turn our thoughts around and focus on abundance with a sense of confidence and surety that it is on its way to us, we put forth energy that will attract similar energy in the form of wealth and blessings. By consistently keeping a mind-set of abundance today and beyond, you will affirm to the universe that you are ready to embrace the blessings you attract.
