Reconnect with your Inner Self

Reconnect with your Inner Self

If you begin to feel disconnected from your inner self today, you may need to spend time away from the world to get centered and grounded.

Look for opportunities to be alone so you can reflect on your life. The uncertainty that may have been plaguing you will be replaced by feelings of security and serenity.

Meditating or journaling can also be effective ways to reconnect with yourself and remember your worth.

Taking the time to periodically reconnect with your inner self can help you stay firm about your values
and affirm your self-worth. The world can be a very distracting place, and our interactions with others  can cause us to forget ourselves or temper the traits and ideals that make us unique. Make time for
quiet reflection so you can remember that you are a beautiful soul with one-of-a-kind gifts to offer the world. When you acknowledge your value, your uniqueness will emerge, and events that had caused you to doubt yourself will no longer have an effect on you. A short period of introspection may be all you need to remember your worth.

Conscientiousness in Breathing

Conscientiousness in breathing
This can be done by setting the intention to do your work mindfully and with attention to detail by using breath awareness as a tool to help you. Notice your breath and how you are breathing. If it is shallow, it may be an indication that you need to focus on slowing down and becoming more careful.

Breath is a powerful tool that we can use to become more cognizant of what we are doing. When we are caught up in moment, it is easy for our minds to become scattered and preoccupied. Adjusting our breathing to become slower and steadier lets our minds also slow down and more readily perceive what we are doing in the moment, which in turn allows us to work with greater awareness.
